Q: Can I be a part of the Action Team?
A: Yes, the Action Team is open to any residents of Copperfields.

Q: How long can I keep my camper / boat
/ trailer / mobile home in my driveway?
A: Copperfields covenants state that such items may be stored for no
more than 20 days within a calendar year.
Q: Is it okay to place my grass
clippings or yard waste in a vacant lot?
A: No. Please help keep Copperfields looking good by not
dumping yard waste or any other waste materials in vacant lots.
Q: Do I really need to pay my homeowners
association dues?
A: Yes. Annual dues are mandatory. Unpaid dues will
result in a lien on your property and incur 16% interest annually.
Q: How does Copperfields use my
homeowners association dues?
A: The Developer and the Action Team jointly administer the
Copperfields budget. Some examples of what they might use
these funds for include replacing damaged signage or installing new
mailboxes (we do need a few to complete our subdivision).
