Q: Can I be a part of the Action Team?
A: Yes, the Copperfields Action Team is open to any residents of Copperfields.  Please e-mail us at copperfieldshoa@gmail.com.

Q: How long can I keep my camper / boat / trailer / mobile home in my driveway?
A: Copperfields covenants state that such items may be stored for no more than 20 days within a calendar year.

Q: Is it okay to place my grass clippings or yard waste in a vacant lot?
A: No.  Please help keep Copperfields looking good by not dumping yard waste or any other waste materials in vacant lots.

Q: Do I really need to pay my homeowners association dues?
A: Yes.  Annual dues are mandatory.  Unpaid dues will result in a lien on your property and incur 16% interest annually.

Q: How does Copperfields use my homeowners association dues?
A: The Directors and Officers of the HOA administer the Copperfields budget .  Some examples of what the HOA might use these funds for include replacing damaged signage or installing new mailboxes.
